I was delighted with my upgrade to a spacious, recently refurbished room. the delicious food they offered was thoroughly enjoyable. the location was marvelous, situated close to banks, helpful businesses, the city center, and various dining options.

The English breakfast at this hotel was simply amazing! The variety of food options was mind-blowing, and the portions were huge. The beautiful garden with the Japanese style bridge and pond provided a jaw-dropping view while enjoying my meal. The room was incredibly spacious and super warm, and the shower was top-notch. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff, from the receptionists to the cleaning crew, were beyond professional. The hotel also had an excellent restaurant and a market just across the road. my experience at this hotel was absolutely fantastic.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive a spacious and nicely furnished room that perfectly met my requirements, the hotel's location is fantastic, right by the city center with a coffee shop nearby and easy access to Sofia.
